Right So, Not going to lie, it does what it says but i would really like it if ALL the writing would be in english bearing in mind it says interface (tick) english, luckily i had a german friend to translate it. In addition i couldn't get the intravenous lines to work, it kept glitching and a better indication for when it is in and working along iwth a oxygen mask and intubatiion tube will help massivley. Lastly can you add zooming, allowing you to move the camera around the person looking making it easier to read and click more accurately. I will recommend this game if the language and visuals are changed\/fixed.. This game has so much potential but unfortunately it has very little content (just 5 scenarios), definitely not worth the $5 I paid for it. I'm not sure if the developers of this title are even still active but I have some suggestions to improve the gameplay:-Add more scenarios (this can include asthma attacks, anaphylaxis, COPD exacerbations, pulmonary embolism etc.)-Add more medications (On the MI case the first drug I wanted to give was Aspirin but it was not available. I would suggest adding Aspirin, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Loratadine, Salbutamol\/Ipratropium, Tramadol etc.)-Improve the questioning (you can model it along the lines of the SAMPLE and OPQRST models to make them more structured)-Add different qualifications (as you progress through the game you can be 'promoted' from First Responder to EMT to Paramedic etc)-Add the option to call for back up\/assistance-Add more options for Oxygen administration (e.g. nasal prongs, bag valve mask)That's just a few suggestions. I'd love to see this game get updated soon.. We need more cases. I really like this game i found it to be challaging but i would be better if more people where added and more outcome of the people.Add more thing in english so it better to understand.. I really like the game. As it is still very early it does have some bugs and some spelling errors but I have got to say It is a realistic and enjoyable game. some of the notable buggs are that of the talking to person when you open it it works fine but then you close it and latter want an update of the person how he is feeling it shows no dialog of feedback. For what it is The game runs good it is worth the cost right now I see a great market for the game in the future I look forword to further updated in the future Thankyou .. Excellent game but needs a bit of work still. It would be good if the game was in one language, my version seems to be in English and German lol. I would love to see some more medical terms like the GLASGOW scale, Triage etc..But all in all a fantastic game (Simulator). Would really love to see it go further and with more causality\u2019s.
